Commercial Kitchen Cabinet Centrifugal Fan | Industrial Centrifugal Blower
A commercial centrifugal fan is a ventilation equipment used in commercial kitchens to discharge purified fumes and air. It drives the rotation of the impeller through the motor, so as to increase the speed and pressure of the exhaust air, and drive the purified oil fume to the outside. Due to its high exhaust rate, compliance with emission standards, and professional commercial advantages, it is chosen by many canteens, restaurants, power plants, chemical industries, and offices. Working principle: The commercial centrifugal fan uses a high-speed rotating impeller to increase the speed of the purified oil fume and change its flow direction to radial movement; then slow down the moving speed in the diffuser and convert kinetic energy into pressure energy to facilitate The purified oil fume is discharged outdoors as much as possible.
Commercial centrifugal fans can be divided into three types: forward curved, backward curved, and direct drive according to the impeller, and can be divided into commercial cabinet centrifugal fans and commercial centrifugal blower fans according to their appearance; according to the exhaust direction, they can be divided into the left rotation and right rotation.
Rotate left: The exhaust vent rotates in a counterclockwise (left drive) direction from the electric motor. Rotate right: The exhaust vent rotates in a clockwise (right drive) direction from the electric motor.
The blades of the Backward curved centrifugal fan rotate in the opposite direction to the impeller, so the installation angle of the air outlet must be less than 90°. The blades of the forward curved centrifugal fan rotate in the same direction as the impeller, so the installation angle of the air outlet must be greater than 90°.
